It’s a recognition of a simple idea: thermal management shouldn’t limit what a device can do. For decades, cooling solutions have been something designers work around. We asked a different question: what if cooling could become part of the system architecture itself?

Thermal Management, Rethought

AI demands more memory bandwidth, more processing density, and sustained performance in smaller, thinner form factors. But conventional cooling was never designed for this. It consumes the board space for AI and processing, locks in layout decisions early, and forces thermal tradeoffs that cascade through every other design choice.

Ventiva’s innovative ionic cooling technology generates the movement of air particles without any moving parts, noise, or vibration. Our compact, modular solid-state thermal management solutions create new opportunities for component placement and system design.

Bringing memory closer to compute has become a critical design priority, but it requires rethinking the physical space that conventional cooling occupies. We give designers that space back. For local AI, that flexibility addresses one of the toughest design constraints: finding room for more memory close to the processor.
